The Voice of Rights is a capacity enhancement module, which is developed based on essential information written in a simplistic way on the topics of Menstrual Health Management (MHM) Menstruation Cycles, Menstrual Hygiene-related issues, and Gender Equality. This module is focused upon Women Leaders. Through this module, women leaders will be able to know when and how they would help, support, and protect the adolescent girls and women during their MHM period and at their difficult moments. Moreover, it is also expected that the module would work as a catalyst for the women leaders to change their mindset and gradually make them supportive towards the adolescent girls and women at their difficult periods. Women would get a positive atmosphere to lead a healthy, energetic, and self-determining life and to participate in social activities more actively, entirely, and equally.

The Path of Lights is an awareness creation and enhancement module that would help Religious Leaders to learn about Safe Menstrual Health Management, Gender Equality, and Women’s Rights. This module would provide positive impacts to increase awareness and knowledge level of the Religious Leaders on the above-mentioned subject matters. The religious leaders have serious influence in the society. General people always do respect them and follow their instructions both from religious and ethical perspectives. Therefore, the religious leaders would be well aware of these issues and they would provide necessary guidelines to the general people about how to help, support, and protect adolescent girls and women at their difficult periods. From the religious leaders, people would also be able to learn about the rights of the women, how to support the adolescent girls in the situation when their physical and mental change has occurred, and also on gender equality.

The Lighthouse for Male Caregivers Module is developed to convey important information relating to adolescent girls and women so that they can easily learn about topics like menstruation, menstruation cycles, and menstrual hygiene-related issues along with the rights of women and the policy provision of the government on gender equality. In general, the male caregivers are the main decision makers in the family. Therefore, such persons should be aware of the physical and mental change situation of the adolescent girls at their teenaged stage and support them in their physical and mental transformation in life. Therefore, this module would enhance the knowledge level of the male caregivers, and they would be able to know when and how they would help, protect, and support women during their MHM period and at their difficult moments.

The Learning Desire helps the Adolescent Boys to learn about safe menstrual health management, gender equality, and women's rights. This module would provide positive impacts among the adolescent boys to know about the physical and mental changes of girls at the adolescent stage. At the same time, they would be able to learn about policy-level provisions of the government towards the rights in favor of women. Therefore, this module would increase awareness of the adolescent boys on all these essential issues. As a result, the adolescent boys would be able to show their respect to the adolescent girls and also play a positive and vital role to protect and ensure the coexistence of females with receiving proper respect in the society.

The Path of Freedom for the Community Leaders (male) module covers some of the important aspects relating to adolescent girls and women. More specifically, this module provides the opportunity to learn on Safe Menstrual Health Management, Gender Equality, and Women's Rights. It is well known that the community leaders (male) play a vital role on socioeconomic advancement in the society. The community leaders are committed towards the general people as they represent the people that are living in a particular community. The community leaders has social acceptance and people value their words and activities. Hence, this module would provide positive impacts on creating and increasing awareness among them on all these essential issues. As a result, the community leader would be able to show respect to the adolescent girls and also play a positive and vital role to ensure the coexistence of females with receiving proper respect in the society.

This module helps Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and their Caregivers and the Organizations that work with Persons with Disabilities learn about climate change, climate change impact on Persons with Disabilities, gender equality, and Persons with Disabilities rights. At the same time, this module provides positive impacts to increase awareness among Persons with Disabilities on all these issues, and Persons with Disabilities contributes strongly to society. The module mainly focuses not only on creating awareness among the different stakeholders but also on providing necessary support to the Persons with Disabilities that are living in their families and their community.

“আলোর পথে” প্রশিক্ষণ মডিউলটি ইংরাজী ভাষায় লিখিত “The Voice of Rights for the Women Leaders” –এর বাংলা সংস্করণ। এটি হলো নারী নেত্রীদের নিজস্ব দক্ষতা বাড়ানো সংক্রান্ত মডিউল, যা মাসিক স্বাস্থ্য ব্যবস্থাপনা (MHM) মাসিক চক্র, মাসিকের স্বাস্থ্যবিধি-সম্পর্কিত সমস্যা এবং লিঙ্গ সমতার বিষয়গুলির উপর প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সরবরাহ করার উদ্দেশ্যে তৈরি করা হয়েছে। এই মডিউলটি নারী নেতাদের নিজস্ব সক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি করার জন্য প্রস্তুত কয়রা হয়েছে। এই মডিউলের মাধ্যমে, নারী নেতৃবৃন্দ জানতে পারবে যে, কখন এবং কিভাবে তারা কিশোরী ও নারীদের MHM পিরিয়ডের সময় এবং তাদের অন্যান্য কঠিন মুহুর্তে সাহায্য করবে, সমর্থন করবে এবং রক্ষা করবে। অধিকন্তু, এটাও প্রত্যাশিত যে মডিউলটি নারী নেতৃবৃন্দের জন্য তাদের মানসিকতা চিন্তাধারার পরিবর্তন করতে এবং কিশোরী ও নারীদের কঠিন সময়ে তাদের পক্ষে সহায়ক পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি করতে কাজ করবে। ফলে আশা করা যায় যে, নারী নেত্রীদের সহযোগিতায় সমাজে কিশোরী ও নারীদের জন্য একটি সুস্থ, উদ্যমী, এবং স্ব-নির্ধারক জীবন যাপন করার পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি হবে এবং তারা সামাজিক কর্মকাণ্ডে আরও সক্রিয়ভাবে, সম্পূর্ণভাবে এবং সমানভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করার জন্য একটি ইতিবাচক পরিবেশ পাবে।

“বাতিঘর” প্রশিক্ষণ মডিউলটি ইংরাজী ভাষায় লিখিত “Learning Desire for the Male Caregivers” –এর বাংলা সংস্করণ। পুরুষ কেয়ারগিভারদের জন্য বাতিঘর মডিউলটি তৈরি করা হয়েছে। এই মডিউলটি বয়ঃসন্ধিকালের কিশোরী এবং মহিলা সম্পর্কিত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়াদি সম্পর্কে তথ্য জানানোর জন্য তৈরি করা হয়েছে, যাতে করে পুরুষ কেয়ারগিভাররা সহজে ঋতুস্রাব, ঋতুস্রাব চক্র, এবং মাসিকের স্বাস্থ্যবিধি সম্পর্কিত বিষয়গুলির সাথে মহিলাদের অধিকার এবং জেন্ডারের সমতা নীতির বিধানের মতো বিষয়গুলি সম্পর্কে জানতে পারে। সাধারণভাবে, পুরুষ কেয়ারগিভাররাই পরিবারের প্রধান সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণকারী হয়ে থাকে। তাই, এই ধরনের ব্যক্তিদের কিশোরীদের শারীরিক ও মানসিক পরিবর্তনের পরিস্থিতি সম্পর্কে সচেতন হওয়া উচিত এবং কিশোরীদের জীবনে তাদের শারীরিক ও মানসিক পরিবর্তনে সহায়তা করা উচিত। অতএব, এই মডিউলটি পুরুষ কেয়ারগিভারদের জ্ঞানের পরিসীমাকে বাড়িয়ে তুলবে, এবং তারা জানতে পারে যে, কখন এবং কীভাবে তারা কিশোরীদের MHM পিরিয়ড এবং তাদের কঠিন মুহুর্তে মহিলাদের সাহায্য করবে, সুরক্ষা দেবে এবং সমর্থন করবে।
