Knowledge Discovery Consulting Limited (KDCL), Centre for Research and Consulting Services, is an independent and unbiased social, development, marketing, management, accounting, finance and banking, agriculture, livelihood and livestock, legal & law, research, survey, study, and consulting organization in Bangladesh. KDCL provides knowledge-based professional services on problem-solving solutions to its clients. KDCL’s consultancy services also provide organizational and accounting compliance services, along with others in the professional arena, to improve the financial, social, legal, marketing, and management health of its clients. KDCL has a panel of highly experienced and skilled consultants that play a key role in contributing to knowledge-based outcomes. KDCL has been on its journey since 2009.

KDCL is a professional consulting organization specializing in good governance, institutional development, internal management, internal auditing and compliance, systematic process mechanisms on VAT, Tax and other levies, and legal aspects of the companies.

KDCL has the intention and efficiency to work with the public and private sectors. KDCL has the natural notion to serve private companies and organizations, not-for-profit organizations, development sector agencies, and the widespread government sector under various ministries and departments for the adaptation of an effective working environment within the organization by introducing global standard compliance components.

KDCL has been on its journey since 2009. The firm has enabled a network of associate consultants who have expertise in their respective professional fields. KDCL works by inventing knowledge and information to capacitate various sectors by supporting the development of policies, strategies, and process mechanisms, ensuring compliance, sustainable development, and sustainable growth in the business sector.

KDCL provides expertise in conducting various types of research and studies by covering development sectors as well as the corporate world. KDCL is conducting both qualitative and quantitative surveys to gather knowledge from the local market and present the outcomes in comparison with the global perspective.

KDCL has a unique position to work directly at the grassroots for capacity building, implementation, and experimenting with various pilot initiatives, as well as having strength in information and data collection. In addition, KDCL has the ability to contribute to the policies.

Professor Dr. Mohammad Ahsan Uddin

PhD, MSc, BSc

Professor Dr. Mohammad Ahsan Uddin is currently working as a renowned educator under the statistics department of the University of Dhaka since 2006. He has more than 18 years of professional experience to contribute as the statistician and data analyst under a significant number of studies and research all over the country. He is an academician and completed his PhD in disaster statistics. He has skills in major statistical software. He has the expertise in conducting and analyzing of quantitative data in connection with the study objectives. He has also expertise in qualitative data collection tools, like FGDs, KIIs, IDIs, and so on. He works in a significant numbers of government assignments, donor funded studies and various activities of different NGOs and INGOs.

Tasleema Begum

Ms. Tasleema Begum is a dynamic Teacher Educator and Curriculum Specialist bringing over 25 years of experience. Presently, she is working as the “International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Coordinator” under the Professional Development Teacher at The Aga Khan School, Dhaka, Bangladesh. She has the expertise to provide guidance on curriculum development of the renowned English Medium schools, including ISD, Aga Khan Schools (AKS), and so on. She has shared her expertise in the fields of exchanging information, coordinating activities, developing teacher support resources, and resolving issues or concerns related to regular classroom teaching practices. She has a proven track of organizing and maintaining required records proficiently. She has been participating in different types of professional activities, national and international conferences, and conducting various types of research and studies to keep apprised of curriculum development. She also has demonstrated records to conduct teachers' training programs and courses. She also has an excellent record of conducting outreach teachers' training programs.

M Munjurul Hassan

Mr. Munjurul Hassan has more than 25 years of experience working with Development Partners (DPs) funded projects and international NGOs. Presently, he is working as the Senior Partner of the Huda Vasi Chowdhury & Co at National Office in Bangladesh. His experience in Bangladesh, includes conducting Pre-award Assessments and Accountability Reviews of grant recipients, conducting functions of Local Fund Agent to development partners and international funding agencies. Mr. Hassan is also engagement partner for various audit and assurances services of MNC and international organizations, besides providing business advisory services to various foreign investors at Bangladesh Export Processing Zones. He has provided consultancy services in the area of financial and management issues to various development partners and international agencies such as the World Bank, DFID, USAID, Global Fund, Swisscontact, SDC, IUCN etc. He has contributed his expertise internationally as the Financial Management Specialist and to travel in Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Uganda, Tanzania, Thailand, and many more.

Md. Golam Nabi is the Managing Director of G. Nabi & Co., a chartered accountants organization. It is one of the oldest firms in Bangladesh. Mr. Nabi is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants. He has nearly 50 years of professional experience serving the country in the accounts and finance sector. He has a high reputation in the chartered accountancy sector for his extensive knowledge and significant contribution in the finance sector in Bangladesh. He is contributing to both the corporate sector and non-profit organizations in the country. Previously, he shared his expertise under the Reaz Garments (1st direct exporter of RMG in Bangladesh) as the Chief Financial Officer. Before that, he was involved with Rahman Kashem & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as the Audit Manager.

Sultana Dilruba Aziz

Ms. Sultana Dilruba Aziz has professional experience in the fields of geography, GIS Management, EGIS system, Town & Regional Planning, project monitoring and execution of different government and non-government projects for more than two decades. She was the renowned professor of the Department of Geography of the University of Dhaka for the period of 1978-91. She was also a per-time Teacher of the Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). Besides that, she was involved with different government projects. She had the experience to work with Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB), Bangladesh Atlas and Other Maps, Local Government Engineering Department (LGED), Water Resources Planning Organization (WARPO), Ministry of Water Resources, GOB and so on.

Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmed

MBA, BBA

Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmed is the CEO of the American Bangladesh Center for Development Excellence (ABCDE), an organization dedicated to Human Capital Development at home and abroad. He is a highly respected and well-known Human Resources professional, held senior positions at multinational and national companies, such as British American Tobacco, Unilever, Sanofi, Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel, DBL Group, Anwar Group, and KAFCO. In 2016, he was awarded a patent by the Government of Bangladesh for his HR innovation, R3 (Rakib's Recruitment Rule). Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmed holds a Business Administration degree with Honors in Human Resources from the University of Kentucky (1990) and an MBA in Marketing (1992). He also served as a faculty member at the Kentucky College of Business (1990-94) and worked with PepsiCo International.
